VOLUNTEER

Would you like to become part of our inspiring project and offer your service in exchange for accommodation and food? Terra Meera is early stages of development and we need a lot of professional input to build our infrastructure. These include building infrastructure for the centre and its gardens, a large geodesic dome, restoring old stone houses and the dry stone walls that already exist on the property, developing sustainable energy systems and permaculture, and the long-term tree plantation program.

 

We are looking for inspired and positive people who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. The skills needed are: gardening, regenerative agricultural knowledge, carpentry, nursery, tree surgery, all-round building, plumbing, cooking.Volunteers work 5 hours a day, eat our home cooking, sleep in our little house and participate in domestic tasks. At the moment we’re full and we shall open our volunteer programme soon. Stay tuned!
